Accessibility guide for our visitors with disabilities

The rate for individuals with disabilities is included in the Reduced Admission category. You can make the purchase through our website or at the ticket booths of our parks. Additionally, the entry for individuals with disabilities includes one free companion entry to the park. It will be necessary to present the Official Disability ID (33% or higher). The person accompanying the disabled person must be of legal age and must be the same person during the date of the visit, and must enter the park at the same time as the disabled person.

Consult the Aquopolis Costa Dorada Guide for People with Disabilities where you will find all the necessary information about parking area and access without architectural barriers in the attractions for visitors with disabilities and reduced mobility or intellectual disabilities. 

You will also have an 8-use Speedy Pass.

In order to apply for it, it will be necessary to present the Official Disability Card (33% or higher). Photocopied, manipulated or photographed documents will not be accepted.

The Speedy Pass (8-use) for people with disabilities will ONLY be given if the following conditions are met;

Person with a disability greater than or equal to 33% who accredits reduced mobility scale.

Person with a disability greater than or equal to 33% who accredits reduced mobility and the need for a third person or certified autism (Speedy Pass of 8 uses for the person with disability and a companion).

Persons with disabilities over 75% (Free admission for the disabled person + one companion).

Persons with a disability over 75% who can prove reduced mobility (Free admission for the person with disability + Speedy Pass of 8 uses for the person with disability and one companion).

Persons with a disability of more than 75% who can prove reduced mobility and need a third person (Free admission for the person with disability + Speedy Pass of 8 uses for the person with disability and one companion).

In Aquopolis Costa Dorada, you will have access to a wide variety of services designed to provide you with a comfortable and pleasant experience. These services include: medical attention, restrooms, changing rooms and showers. In addition, amphibious chairs will be provided free of charge for those who need them.

Apart from these main services, the park also offers other services such as stores, restaurants, free life jackets, sun loungers and VIP areas for a more exclusive experience.
