Rules of Operation

WELCOME TO AQUOPOLIS COSTA DORADA WATER PARK

TO ENSURE A SAFE AND PLEASANT EXPERIENCE IN OUR PARK, PLEASE FOLLOW OUR OPERATING RULES AND REGULATIONS.

1. Visitor's responsibility

Safety is a shared responsibility; we expect visitors to Aquopolis Costa Dorada (hereinafter the “Park”) to exercise good judgement and act responsibly to safeguard both their own health and safety and that of those in their care, particularly children, for whom they are responsible and whom they must supervise at all times.

In this regard, visitors (i) must READ, OBEY AND RESPECT all written rules, instructions, warnings and recommendations, as well as all instructions and guidance provided by our staff, and (ii) make APPROPRIATE AND RESPONSIBLE USE of the leisure facilities and any safety equipment provided to them.

All visitors undertake to behave in a considerate and responsible manner, and agree to (i) treat other visitors, Park staff and the facilities with respect, and (ii) preserve and respect the local flora and fauna.

Visitors who, in the opinion of Park staff, fail to comply with the rules and instructions of staff and/or behave irresponsibly and/or disrespectfully towards other visitors and/or staff, may be expelled from the park without the right to claim any refund. Furthermore, in the event that such visitors hold any of the season passes for the leisure parks managed by GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS (“Bono Parques”), measures may be applied to withdraw or cancel the Bono Parques for serious breaches, or to temporarily withdraw or suspend the Bono Parques for minor breaches, in accordance with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this product, available at https://www.bonoparques.es/terminos-y-condiciones.

Finally, please note that the Park reserves the right to report such behaviour to the relevant authorities.

Visitors must therefore act responsibly, both for their own health and safety and for that of those in their care and others around them.

Please refer to the specific guidelines posted at the entrance to each facility, as well as these park operating rules

To this end, it is also essential that visitors accompanying persons who, either because they are minors or because they have a disability, are unable to read or properly understand the written rules, instructions, warnings and/or recommendations (for example, minors or people with disabilities), explain these to them and remind them whenever necessary, without prejudice to the Park staff being able to provide any assistance that may be required.
