("PARQUES REUNIDOS" or "We") with registered office in Madrid, Federico Mompou, 5, Parque Empresarial "Las Tablas", Edificio 1 - Planta 3ª, 28050, Madrid (Spain), with Tax Id. number A-84.885. 441 and registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid in Volume 23.506, Folio 58, Page M-421.702, is the owner of the domain costa-dorada.aquopolis.es, together with the portal and its contents (the "Portal"). We make the Portal available to You for the purpose of giving You information about our (and our subsidiaries') (collectively, the "PARQUES REUNIDOS GROUP”) products and special offers, allowing You to purchase tickets and other products and services available on the Portal, and where appropriate, making available to You certain contact forms, newsletters, competitions, games, and surveys related to the PARQUES REUNIDOS GROUP.
When You purchase any products and/or services available on this Portal, your seller or service provider will be LEISURE PARKS, S.A., a company of the PARQUES REUNIDOS GROUP. LEISURE PARKS is the operator of the Portal and the Aquopolis Costa Dorada (La Pineda) leisure park. LEISURE PARKS also sells products and/or services related to the Aquopolis Costa Dorada (La Pineda). Details of LEISURE PARKS, S.A. are as follows:
These Standard Terms and Conditions apply when You purchase any services or products available on the Portal from GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS (the "Standard Terms and Conditions").
These Standard Terms and Conditions have been drawn up pursuant to the provisions of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, Spanish Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on Standard Terms and Conditions, Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, enacting the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, Spanish Law 6/2020, of 11 November, regulating certain aspects of electronic trust services and any other relevant statutory provisions.
These Standard Terms and Conditions are accessible at all times in the online purchase section of the Portal and may be printed and/or saved into your computer or other device.
1. PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION
These Standard Terms and Conditions set out the general terms and conditions applicable to the services provided by GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS on the Portal and, in particular, any services currently provided by GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS, the sale of certain tickets and season passes for admission to any leisure parks managed by GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS and, where appropriate, other products available on the Portal.
Tickets and season passes, including any other products available on the Portal, are sold for a fee. Prices for each product (including taxes) are quoted in euros. Applicable promotions and discounts, where applicable, will be as specified on the Portal at any time. The total price will be displayed on the Portal at the time of purchase, detailing any surcharges or discounts/promotions applied. Details of other additional charges for ancillary services or for the use of certain methods of payment are also included.
Access to the information contained in the Portal is free of charge.
You acknowledge that the information available on the Portal, the general information on our product catalogue, and other products or services available on the Portal, including these Standard Terms and Conditions, is adequate to exclude any error in forming your consent to enter into an agreement with us.
1.1 Procedures
To use the different purchase services available on the Portal, please follow the on-screen instructions and prompts displayed at each stage of the purchase process. By filling in the information required on the Portal forms, You will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Standard Terms and Conditions and special conditions set out therein. Therefore, You confirm that You are aware of and accept these procedures as necessary to purchase any products and services available in the PURCHASE section of the Portal.
Your rights and obligations, both during and after your purchases, are also subject to these Standard Terms and Conditions, the Portal General Terms and Conditions of Use, the Special Terms and Conditions, and to the Rules of Operation of the Park.
To make an online purchase You need to complete all the steps set out in the PURCHASE section of the Portal. These Standard Terms and Conditions and any applicable Special Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will become part of your contract with us after You confirm your express acceptance by filling in and sending the purchase details entered in the PURCHASE section.
By accessing the Portal and using any of the Portal's services, You unconditionally agree to accept the Portal General Conditions of Use, these Standard Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the Special Terms and Conditions made available to You before completing your purchase. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets or season passes and/or any other products and services available on the Portal.
You represent that you have the required legal capacity to be bound by these Standard Terms and Conditions and to use and make purchases on the Portal, in accordance with any applicable Special Terms and Conditions. You also hereby declare to know, understand, and accept these Standard and Special Terms and Conditions in full. Your use of any purchased products is at your own risk and responsibility.
1.2 Documentation and language
These Standard Terms and Conditions are accessible at all times in the PURCHASE section of the PARQUES REUNIDOS Portal and may be printed and saved on your computer or other devices.
When You buy a ticket, you will receive an email within twenty-four (24) hours, or such other deadline legally applicable at that time, together with a receipt for your purchase (the "Ticket"). Tickets include a unique barcode which You can use to enter the park premises. Tickets that appear to be damaged or otherwise tampered with will automatically be null and void.
Unless otherwise expressly provided in the Special Terms and Conditions, Tickets purchased online from the Portal for a specific date will only be valid for that date.
If You purchase any other products and/or services other than Tickets, You will also receive a purchase receipt (also referred to herein as the "Ticket") no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or such other deadline legally applicable) of completing your purchase. The Portal will inform you of any Special Terms and Conditions applicable to such products or services before your purchase.
Upon issuance of the Ticket, the requirements set out in Spanish Royal Decree 1619/2012, of 30 November, enacting the Regulations applicable to invoicing obligations, shall be deemed to have been fulfilled.
Please note that We do not accept changes or refunds once your purchase is completed and upon issuance of the relevant Ticket. Exceptions may be made in the cases expressly set out in the Special Terms and Conditions and/or as provided under applicable regulations. If You wish to make a change or claim a refund, please contact our Bookings Team (gruposaquopoliscda@grpr.com).
The Standard Terms and Conditions are written in Spanish and your purchases will be processed in this language.
1.3 Technical resources
The Portal will make available to You the required technical assistance to enable You to detect and correct errors when filling out any of the forms shown on the screen during the purchase process.
1.4 Amendments to the Standard Terms and Conditions
These Standard Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of their last update (as shown at the end of this document). GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS reserves the right, acting in good faith and fairly, to amend these Standard Terms and Conditions, the Special Terms and Conditions, and any other general or specific conditions or rules of use or notices at any time. These amendments shall be effective upon their publication and shall only apply to You when You first access the Portal after such publication. For the avoidance of doubt, should there be any changes to these Standard Terms and Conditions, GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS will honour any prior commitments acquired before the date of publication of such changes.
You may consult these Standard Terms and Conditions and any applicable Special Terms and Conditions at any time before you decide to purchase any products or services. However, please note that we reserve the right to change at any time the layout, configuration and location of the Portal, its contents and the Portal terms and conditions of use.
1.5 Exchange and refund policy. No cancellation (cooling-off) right.
Pursuant to article 103.l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, enacting the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (as amended) and other ancillary regulations, unless otherwise expressly stated in the Special Terms and Conditions related to your product or service, we regret we cannot accept any exchanges or refunds for products with a given expiry date.
For the avoidance of doubt, your right of cancellation (cooling off) does not apply to this type of products.
1.6 Price and methods of payment
The Price of the products selected by the User is reflected prior to purchase and includes taxes.
The price is shown at the time prior to purchase and once the User has added all the products he/she wishes to purchase. It includes all applicable taxes.
The means of payment accepted by the Portal are: -subject to the limitations established in the applicable regulations- bank debit or credit card (specifically, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro), Amazon Pay or any other payment platforms enabled by PARQUES REUNIDOS at any given time.
Certain means of payment supported by the Portal may also take the form of credit transactions. In particular, these are short-term credit operations (whose repayment period does not generally exceed three months), under the common denomination of "Buy now, pay later" or "BNPL". In these cases, PARQUES REUNIDOS shall in no case act as financier of the purchase, which shall be offered by an independent credit institution, without the intervention of PARQUES REUNIDOS. Neither shall PARQUES REUNIDOS act as a credit intermediary between the financing entity and the User, either directly or subsidiarily, and therefore PARQUES REUNIDOS shall neither assist nor advise the User in making decisions on financing.
If you choose to use BNPL services to finance your purchases at PARQUES REUNIDOS, you should bear in mind that this is a credit agreement in which you assume a payment obligation with a third party other than PARQUES REUNIDOS. For these purposes, you should also consider that resorting to external financing options may provide you with greater flexibility and convenience in meeting your financial needs, although it may also increase the risk of over-indebtedness, which could generate additional costs or take a long time to settle.
PARQUES REUNIDOS guarantees that it has appropriate measures in place and that they comply with the security standards that current technology allows, such as the "Verisign" system. Access to transactional services and those that include the capture of personal data is done in a secure environment using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with high security encryption of 128 bits. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted. This ensures that the content transmitted is only intelligible to the "client" computer and the PARQUES REUNIDOS server. The User can verify that it is within a secure environment if a closed padlock appears in the status bar of your browser. The security guarantee of the PARQUES REUNIDOS servers is supported by a certificate issued by the company VeriSign. This certificate guarantees that the client is communicating his data to a server of PARQUES REUNIDOS and not to a third party trying to impersonate it.
PARQUES REUNIDOS, in its commitment to fraud prevention, will collaborate both with the payment platforms used for the purchase of products through the Portal, as well as with the competent authorities, providing the information of any transaction that may be necessary, always in compliance with the legal requirements in force.
Finally, PARQUES REUNIDOS is not responsible for the content of the websites that the User may access through the links established on its website and declares that under no circumstances will it examine or exercise any type of control over the content of other websites. Likewise, it does not guarantee the technical availability, accuracy, veracity, validity or legality of sites outside its property that can be accessed through the links.
1.7 Incorporation by reference of the Special Terms and Conditions and the Rules of Operation of the Park.
By purchasing and using any product via the Portal, You accept the Standard Terms and Conditions, the Special Terms and Conditions applicable to the products and services purchased, and the rules of operation of the Park available for review at Rules of Operation. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. “OPEN DAY” TICKETS. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To enter the Park, please show your printed ticket to the Park staff at the gate or download a copy of your ticket from your mobile device.
Alternatively, you may enter the park by showing a printed copy of your Ticket.
If you are the holder of a discounted ticket (e.g., large family, senior citizen, or disabled tickets (provided the degree of disability is equal to or greater than 33%), please show proof of your entitlement with a certificate or document at the ticket offices and at the turnstiles.

The online purchase and use of any products implies acceptance of the online purchase terms and conditions and of the Park's Rules of Operation, available for consultation on our website.
Open Day Tickets may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.

If the You make a mistake when purchasing your Open Day Ticket online (for example, you buy a child's ticket instead of an adult ticket, or a ticket for an unwanted day, etc), please ask for an exchange at the Park's ticket offices and pay the difference in price, if any. For ticket exchange purposes, the official retail price (RRP) of the general admission ticket (maximum €35.40/€26.50 for children) will be taken as a reference, not the advance ticket sale price displayed on the Portal. Likewise, we will credit your bank account with any price difference in your favour.
We reserve the right to close the Park, without prior notice, due to inclement weather or for reasons of capacity, safety, and public health.
In the event of closure of certain facilities or areas due to exceptional circumstances including, without limitation, refurbishment or improvement works, inclement weather conditions, or for reasons of capacity, public health and/or safety, governmental orders, or asset disposal, PARQUES REUNIDOS will notify the ticket holder as soon as possible in advance of the closure.
If such closure is due to force majeure, You will not be entitled to any reimbursement or claim.
In other cases, Parques Reunidos may offer You additional benefits to ensure you are treated fairly.

If any of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such circumstance shall affect only that provision, or part thereof, and the remainder of these Standard Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply unless the provision found to be invalid or unenforceable is essential to these Standard Terms and Conditions, in which case these Terms and Conditions shall be null and void in full.
These Standard Terms and Conditions and any applicable Special Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.
For any dispute that may arise, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts as determined in accordance with applicable rules of legal procedure and with consumer and user protection regulations.
The User is informed that some attractions, shows, restaurants, stores and/or rides may remain closed for organizational or technical reasons, which may include maintenance, repairs, updates and/or improvements, as well as for meteorological reasons that make it impossible or inadvisable to open them for safety reasons or due to the technical limitations of the attractions or facilities due to rain, hail, snow, wind or changes in temperature. PARQUES REUNIDOS will try to give as much advance notice as possible through the Portal, the official profiles on social networks and at the Park's information points.
